  • Data from the contact / consultancy request form: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, service of interest, the content of the message.
  • Technical browsing data (only if you have accepted analytics cookies): anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration.
  • Consent preferences: your choice regarding cookies, stored locally in the browser (localStorage).

3. Purpose of processing

  • Responding to requests and quote inquiries submitted through the website;
  • Preparing and sending technical and commercial offers;
  • Improving the services and the website content;
  • Aggregated and anonymised usage statistics (only with consent);
  • Fulfilling legal and contractual obligations.

If we enable Google Analytics and you have given your consent: _ga (2 years), _gid (24 hours), _ga_* (2 years). No analytics cookie is installed before your explicit consent.

5.3. Marketing cookies (only with consent)

Any remarketing cookies (e.g. Google Ads) are activated exclusively with your consent.

6. Data retention period

  • Form data: maximum 3 years from the last interaction;
  • Fiscal documents: 10 years, in accordance with fiscal legislation;
  • Analytics data: maximum 26 months.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. The data may be accessed by service providers strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the website:

  • The website's web hosting provider.

9. Google Maps

The Google Maps map on the contact page does not load automatically - it is displayed only after you press the "Show map" button. On loading, Google may place its own cookies, in accordance with the Google privacy policy.

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection, validation of form data, anti-spam protection (honeypot) and restricted access to the collected data.
